APPLICATIONS

4-Hydroxy-3-nitrobenzenearsonic acid, an arsenic derivative, is used in veterinary medicine to promote growth, feed efficiency and pigmentation and to control swine dysentery. It is used as a synergist of primary anticoccidials which treat or inhibit the growth of coccidiosis in animals or in man.
