| Tixocortol is a thiol derivative of hydrocortisone. Hydrocortisone derivatives are used primarily for their anti-inflammatory in allergic rashes, eczema and certain other inflammatory conditions. It is used as an immunosuppressive in the treatment of allergic and dermatologic disorders, adrenocortical insufficiency and many other disorders. | ||
