| STABILITY |
The
stability depends upon dissolved oxygen and MEHQ inhibitor.
The presence of oxygen is necessary for inhibitor to
prevent polymerization. |
|
APPLICATIONS
|
|
1,6-Hexanediol dimethacrylate features water repellency property
(hydrophobic). It is used as
a functional monomer for polymers and as a
crosslinking agent between the molecular chains of polymers.
End application include adhesives & sealants, alkyd
coatings, elastomer, photoresist; photopolymers electronics,
inks for improved adhesion, hardness, abrasion and heat
resistance. |
